Returns & Exchanges

At Iron Heart Germany, we want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy-duty garments; if the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is well-protected and includes the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our Hamburg warehouse using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
